Below left is a picture of Ellis Felix Desmulons and his wife Jane Winn (standing) with elders taken at either Pic River or Mobert many decades later, approximately 1940. I also found an audio interview of Ellis recorded in approximately 1959 by Ghislaine Lecours of Heron Bay. I used a portion of the audio interview at the beginning of my documentary film “Gifts From the Elders”. Below Right: Ellis and Jane at Mobert in 1960.
