             21. Letters and attachments - first page appears to be page one of letter believed to have been written by
Carrie Armstrong Chermak for her father Henry Ransom Armstrong. Page two is final page of letter written
by Henry R. Armstrong in which he refers to his sister Harriet Haven Armstrong (Titus’) daughter, Mary.
Page 3 is excerpt from old family bible referenced in page 1. Page 4 is a typewritten version and nearly
identical to the hand-written family history received from Bill Spencer above. Page 5 is a family sheet of
Elliot Armstrong and family believed to have been prepared by Jerome B. Armstrong. Page 6 is a family
sheet of Spencer Armstrong and family believed to have been prepared by Henry R. Armstrong. Page 7 is a
hand-written pedigree chart of David Wing Armstrong and Rolla S. Armstrong from an unknown source (I
haven’t looked at this packet for awhile and I am not certain this was included in the original package I
received from Kaye). I have my doubts this could have been prepared by either Jerome B. or Henry R. as it
shows David Mansel as the oldest son of David Wing, which is incorrect. This person appears in several
other pedigree charts but personal and family member research have shown that this Armstrong is not a
son of David W. Originally received by Kaye Powell after receipt from James Mclaughlin of Chelsea, MI in
                March 1994.
