*Rules & Regulations
The following Rules & Regulations are in addition to rules, regulations, and restrictions found in the condominium documents, state statute, administrative code, city, county and federal law.
 Any company performing emergency repair work on a broken air conditioning or heating system.
 Any company performing emergency repair work on a refrigerator.
 Any plumbing company attempting to repair a water leak or clogged drain line
 At&T television, internet or telephone repair service.
 Comcast television, cable, internet or telephone repair service.
 Any company attempting to repair or deliver medical equipment.
FLAG DISPLAY
1. Any unit owner may display one portable, removable United States flag in a respectful way and, on
Armed Forces day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day may display in a respectful way portable, removable official flags that represent the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard, regardless of any declaration rules or requirements dealing with flags or decorations. Flags may not be larger than 4 1⁄2 feet by 6 feet and must be mounted on a flag pole and shall only be displayed on the balcony of the unit.
LOCK BOXES
1. Lock Boxes shall not be used on any unit door in the South, East or West buildings.
PETS
1. No pets of any kind are permitted to be kept in any unit or on any property of the condominium.

2. A $250.00 security deposit must be submitted to the management office prior to the delivery or
removal of major appliances, furniture, remodeling or construction materials, or other large, heavy, or bulky items, or any tools, equipment or carts that could damage the common elements. In the event of damage to any portion of the common elements, the total cost of repair will be deducted from the security deposit.
3. Tradesmen must use the service elevators only. Reservations may be made in the management office.
4. Workers shall not enter into any building before 9:00AM.
5. Workers shall stop work at or before 5:00PM (12 noon on Saturday)
6. Workers shall be off the property by 6:00PM (1:00PM on Saturdays)
7. Work permits shall be obtained as required by local and state building authorities.
8. Repair and remodeling work shall be preformed by licensed and insured contractors.
9. Appliances, carpet, tile, wood flooring, window treatments, furniture, drywall, doors, cabinets,
plumbing equipment, ceiling frames, light fixtures and similar items may not be disposed of in the association’s trash dumpsters.
SATELITTE DISHES
1. For the purpose of insuring a safe installation and reduce the threat of falling objects due to faulty
workmanship, inclement weather, or neglect of timely maintenance, and to avoid damage to the concrete and stucco on the balcony, all satellite dishes installed on balconies must be no larger than one meter in diameter, must be installed so that no portion of the satellite dish other than the feed arm mounted in the front portion of the dish may extend over or beyond the balcony railing, and shall be mounted on a secure base or free standing pole, sufficiently weighted to insure stability.
