BDS, MSc.\u000A Dr. Gathecha is Head of the Division of Violence and Injury Prevention at the Ministry of Health in Kenya. She leads several research and implementation projects, which have had a major impact for creating knowledge about Trauma and injury prevention in Kenya, leading to changes in policy. She also leads the CNIS Trauma Team Training project.\u000ADr. Tracey Bovell - Guyana MD\u000ADr. Bovell is an Emergency Medicine Specialist at the Georgetown Public Hospital, and the doctor-in-charge at the Infectious Disease Hospital at Lillendall, a part of the Georgetown Hospital Corporation. Dr. Bovell is the co- ordinator of the CNIS Trauma Team Training program and brings a wealth of experience on global health issues to the CNIS Board. She received an award for Good Practices in Women\u2019s Leadership in response to the COVID-19 crisis.\u000ADr. Tsegazeab Laeke - Ethiopia\u000AMD\u000A Dr. Laeke is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery in Division of\u000A Neurosurgery at Addis Ababa University, College of Health Sciences. He is an\u000A academic neurosurgeon with clinical and research interests in neurotrauma\u000A skull base surgery and global neurosurgery. He is the lead for CNIS Traumatic\u000A Brain and Spine Injury Project in Ethiopia.\u000A Dr. Gil Eamer - Ottawa\u000A Pediatric, General Surgeon\u000A Dr. Eamer is a Pediatric Surgeon at the Children\u0027s Hospital of Eastern Ontario in Ottawa. He completed his medical school at the University of British Columbia and his Bachelor of Commerce and Science, general surgery residency and masters in health economics at the University of Alberta and his fellowship in Pediatric Surgery at McMaster Children\u2019s Hospital. He has interest in health equity, policy and health care improvement in underserved regions of the world.\u000AKathy O\u2019Donoghue - Vancouver\u000A Digital Advisor\u000A Kathy is an experienced software development leader. She has been working\u000A with CNIS since 2016 in developing scenario based digital training apps for\u000A the Digital MOST and TBSI projects. All roads lead back to the amazing work\u000A CNIS is/can achieve.
