members, between colleagues, seniors and
juniors, trainers and trainees, amongst surgeons,

between surgeons and other medical or non-

medical specialists.

• Exchange feedback soon after an event, whilst

memories are still sharp and facts are still clear.

• For promoting your own and their professional

development.
