Quintin joined AB Sugar in July 2010 from Grocery! He has been with ABF since 2001.
Over the last 19 years he has been the HRD in three divisions: Twinings, UK Grocery and AB Sugar, but he started work for ABF in sugar, as his first role was as HR Director for Silver Spoon.

Before joining ABF Quintin also had both HR and operational experience in the airline catering industry, retail and food service.
In 2017 he completed a Doctorate on how organisation culture changes constantly over time, whether intentional or not.

Quintin and Stephanie have two grown “children”; Ben in Canada and Isi in Glasgow.
He has used lockdown to improve his open water swimming. He also gets frustrated by Leicester Tigers poor form!
