Tim is joining us from within the ABF group, having spent the last seven years as Finance Director in AB Agri, first with Speciality Nutrition and more recently with New Markets.
Tim brings a wealth of experience to Germains, including financial, operational and international experience. Some of Tim’s main achievements include successful acquisition of 2 international businesses (Spain and Poland) and subsequent integration into AB Agri. Further, successful delivery of 2 new

manufacturing facilities in UK and Spain and being a key member of the leadership team who set up Vivergo Fuels.
Outside of work, Tim is very keen on all sport as well as spending time with his family and friends. Having played a number of team sports in the past, he is now more active coaching junior teams in rugby and cricket
- generally involving his two boys. Tim has recently taken up ultra-marathons and was supposed to complete another in 2020 but this was postponed due to the pandemic.

He now has a free transfer to the equivalent event in 2021; training has already started!!
We are hoping that Tim will be able to start with us early in the new year. We will shortly begin the process of planning his induction, during which he will meet with as many people as possible and visit our various sites across EU and NA as soon as he is able.
