Wen had been engaging in sugar beet industry for 39 years: he firstly entered into sugar industry since joining Tian Lu (a state- owned sugar mill) at young age, working from staff level position and served as Head of Strategic Planning Dept. Operation DGM, General Manager for 25 years.
After Tianlu acquisition by AB Sugar in 2007, he acted as Group Agriculture Director, GM of AB Sugar China North Region managing 5 sugar beet mills, and is now GM for AB Sugar China 2 sugar mills.
