Clare joined British Sugar in January 2020 as Head of FP&A, leading a small team and working closely with all functions to manage the reporting as well as the short and long term financial planning and analysis for the business. Her key focus areas are currently improving our strategic planning as well as our routine forecasting processes in order to develop greater insight.
Prior to joining British Sugar, Clare worked for AB Agri, first as Head of Finance for ABN (monogastric feed) and then as Head of Due

Diligence and Transactions, assessing and managing the acquisition of several target businesses, including a starter feed business in Poland.
Clare started her career working for BAE SYSTEMS across a number of projects including the Typhoon Availability Service at RAF Coningsby and exporting the Hawk Jet Trainer to the Indian Airforce.

Clare is a qualified Management Accountant, with a degree in French Studies and Mathematics.
Outside of work, Clare is a keen runner, completing both her first marathon and first ultra in 2019.
