Steve has over 30 years of experience working in sugar manufacturing at over 19 different beet sugar factories and is well versed in how to build and run an efficient, sustainable and future-proofed factory. He has gained a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of the sugar supply chain, working in three different countries throughout
his career; Poland, Spain and the United Kingdom. He has held a variety of roles both at factories and central head offices, motivating and developing teams to deliver against business and customer objectives.

Steve is currently responsible for driving forward factory performance across all
of AB Sugar’s sites to achieve new levels of efficiency by improving our long-term planning processes and helping to identify new opportunities. This will enable change across our supply chains to deliver direct returns for our businesses.
Steve also completed a Master’s degree
in Managing Change and has worked as Organisation Development Manager where he led the implementation of leadership
