staffed by culinary school students under the direct
supervision of Chef Professors and Table Service
Professors. There will be time before lunch to stop by Art
and Bev’s Bistro to browse or purchase selections created
by students of the Pastry Arts program.
Your meal will include:
• Chef’s choice of soup, salad, or appetizer
• Choice of entree
• Dessert
• Coffee, iced tea, lemonade, or soda
