Partner with your recruiter! Don’t be afraid to reach out to
them anytime you need assistance with open positions,
candidates, developing your interview guides, phone screens,
scheduling or sitting in on interviews with you.
Inform your Talent Acquisition Partner of what your ideal
candidate profile is for your open position; such as schedule
availability, culture fit, level of experience etc. Be sure to
communicate consistently throughout the process.
You can rely on your Talent Acquisition Partner to:
Conduct phone screens
Provide candidate profiles
Assist with providing specific interview guides
Schedule interviews
Participate with interviews
Provide feedback on interview sessions
