Tutoring/Intervention at Princeton
 Gardner pointed out that we should target tier 2 students
 Taylor pointed out that we were told that BCS has started that Tier 3 students must be
tutored by certified persons (and Tire 3 students should be with the teachers) This was
questioned and will be investigated
 Teachers stated that it will be hard to tutor students when we don’t know what they
need.
 Stuart pointed out that we could wait until we get the fresh data, however, it was also

pointed out that teachers could tutor their previous year students. Therefore, knowing
their needs or what was lacking the previous year.
 Stuart pointed out that we could start with the critical key standards.
 Daniels pointed out that the program will be after school and must end by Sept. 30

Standards and Skills for Tutoring

 Most skills that were missed
 Whatever the STAR / iReady data say the students are lacking
 Taking the assessments early enough to have accessible at beginning of the year
 It was stated that we will come back to what assessments we will or could use.
