Title I Zoom Meeting was held on 4-21-2020 @ 4:00pm.

Meeting ID# 315 002 602 Members Present: Principal Daniels, Jacobs, Porter, Hale, Givens,
and Williamson

Discussion: Principal Daniels shared which magazines would be ordered per grade level.

She also submitted suggestions for making adjustments to the Title I budget and is currently
waiting approval. However, Principal Daniels was instructed to go ahead and place the order
so that the everything will be in place for the upcoming school year.

The ILT team will revise the parent/student planner. There was a discussion about whether
or not to include K-1 when purchasing the planners.

There will be a book discussion for the teachers which would include these books:

• Professional Life as a Teacher
• Get Better Faster

Regarding instructional equipment, we will be purchasing two Sonic Interactive Boards. The
boards will be placed in the library and the computer lab for professional growth and to
allow all teachers access to this device.

Leader-In-Me will be replaced with a leadership curriculum called Thriving Leadership
Communities. This program is designed to help with the improvement of students social and
emotional issues. Each teacher will receive their own kit/resource and teach the curriculum.

Recap:
Parent/Student handbook will be ordered.

Scholastic magazines will be ordered and what's leftover will be used to order professional
development books for the staff.
