Gold boxes were also available at Lee Ching as bespoke-made
            pieces. This repoussé bamboo decorated cheroot box dates to
            circa 1860 and was obviously made for a discerning gentleman
            of means.








                                                              Although  not  gold,  Leeching  is  known  to  have  sold
                                                              many parcel gilded items.

                                                              This  circa  1840  traditional  style  tankard  has  been
                                                              parcel gilded on the exterior and interior.
