Pao Kuang lotus-shaped bowls were
invariably decorated with motifs rarely found
                                                                      on other makers’ versions.

The large and impressive circa 1905 tray
[below] carries the Pao Kuang mark. The
engraved scene on the central reserve
mimics the same style as silk painting.
