A rare BLUE AND WHITE ‘LUOHAN’ CENSER
KANGXI SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD
(1662-1722)
The censer of cylindrical form is raised on three low bracket feet and decorated in
vibrant tones of blue with a continous mountain landscape scene with the Eighteen
Luohan. The mark is written within the countersunk base.

Compare a very similar Kangxi censer of similar size, also decorated with the Eighteen
