A WHITE-GLAZED Lamp stand
TANG DYNASTY (618-907)
The lamp stand is delicately potted with a long
fluted body surmounted by a rounded drip
pan circling the candle holder, supported on
eleven feet above a wider drip pan surmounting
a splayed foot, covered overall with a clear
crackled glaze with a lime-green tone. The base
is unglazed revealing the fine white body.
