A RARE LONGQUAN CELADON-GLAZED INCENSE BURNER form, combining the more conventional tall cylindrical incense burners

paw feet, decorated with blooming peonies amidst scrolling foliage Compare the treatment of the lower decorative scheme, similarly
between borders of applied florets and stylised mountains, the neck decorated on a Longquan celadon glazed arrow vase, 14th/15th
surrounded by a ruyi band, covered overall with a glaze of olive-green century, from the National Palace Museum, Taipei, illustrated by Tsai
