A LARGE NORTHERN BLACK-GLAZED EWER
JIN-YUAN DYNASTY (1115-1368)
金/元 黑釉罐
The bulbous vessel is decorated with two concentric bands to the
shoulder, below a narrow waisted neck and a cup-form mouth with
a curved handle is set to one side. It is covered in a rich black glaze
with a slight blue tinge, thinning to a beige tone at the rims.
