A QINGBAI LOBED DISH
SOUTHERN SONG-YUAN DYNASTY, 12TH-13TH CENTURY
南宋 /元 青白釉花口盤
The dish is of shallow form with rounded sides divided into six lobes on
the interior by ribs of slip that rise to the everted rim surrounding a central
foral roundel. The interior and exterior are covered with a glaze of aqua
colour.

A SMALL QINGBAI ‘CARP’ DISH
SONG/YUAN DYNASTY, 12TH-14TH CENTURY
宋/元 青白釉魚藻紋小盤
The dish is of shallow form with gently faring sides. The interior is
moulded with numerous carp swimming amongst fowers, reeds and
waves below a stylised key-fret border. The exterior and interior are
covered in a pale blue glaze apart from the mouth rim.
