A SMALL AMBER CARVED GROUP
18TH CENTURY

The group is carved in the form of an immortal standing in front of a small grotto beneath pine trees and
bats. The amber is of a rich warm reddish-orange tone and sits on a stained and carved ivory stand.

A WHITE JADE PLAQUE

清十九世紀 白玉歲歲平安牌

The plaque is of rectangular form. One side is carved in shallow relief with two quail beside millet and
rocks beside a fowing stream, the reverse has a bat suspending a chime above lingzhi. The stone is of an
even tone.
