Several portraits of Lobzang Chokyi Gyaltsen exist in both painting and sculpture. A similar example to the present bronze sold at
Sotheby's New York, March 17, 2017, lot 1035 (Himalayan Art Resources, item no. 12935), and shows likeness in the facial features,
the balding pate, the articulation of the upper eye lids, the high cheek bones, narrow chin and protruding ears.
