Each duck standing upright with outstretched wings, atop a tortoise
resting upon two writhing serpents to the centre of a shallow tripod
dish, decorated to the interior with foaming waves, the exterior with
lotus petal lappets, the bird supporting a drip pan with later European
ormolu mounted floral candleholder.
