The first long fruit carved with a knobbly skin and issuing from a leafy
tendril, wood stand; the fish modelled with a squat body and wide tail
fin, with bulging eyes embellished with black beads, wood stand.

19th/20th century
The figure carved wearing billowing robes, the left hand raising a
basket with a containing a fish, the right hand holding a further fish
on a hook, the hair fixed with a pin in an elegant coiffure, fixed wood
stand.

scholar resting under a tree at the top of a rocky outcrop, with a
