A BUFF JADE COLLARED DISC 商 玉有領璧
SHANG DYNASTY, C. 1600-1046 BC 來源
The disc is carved with a large central aperture surrounded by a 藍田山房舊藏,1993年購於香港
narrow ring rising above the encircling, flat disc. The stone has
been altered to a mottled light caramel and buff colour. 比較另外兩件較小的玉有領璧,一自殷墟西北岡1550:40號墓出土(口徑
6 º in. (15.9 cm.) diam., box 10.1公分),現藏於中央研究院歷史語言研究所,載於《殷墟出土器物
選粹》,台北,2009年,頁190,圖版165號(R000912)。另一件為清
HK$80,000-120,000 US$11,000-16,000 宮舊藏(口徑11.3公分),上刻乾隆御題詩,曾被乾隆皇帝當作茶托使
用,現藏國立故宮博物院,見《乾隆皇帝的智與昧》,台北,2018年,
PROVENANCE
Lantien Shanfang Collection, acquired in Hong Kong in 1993 頁198-199,圖版32號(圖一)。
Compare to two smaller jade collared discs with similar altered surfaces,
one (10.1 cm. diam.) was excavated at Yinxu in Anyang, Henan
province, now in the Institute of History and Philology, Taipei, see Gems
of Yinxu: Catalogue of Selected Artifacts from Anyang in the Institute
of History and Philology, Taipei, 2009, p. 190, no. 165 (R000912); the
other (11.3 cm. diam.) incised with an imperial poem by the Qianlong
Emperor and used by him as a cup stand, is in the National Palace
Museum, Taipei, illustrated in The Wisdom and Ignorance of Emperor
Qianlong: perceptions on ancient jade as viewed from his poems, Taipei,
2018, 198-199, no. 32 (fig. 1)
