A SMALL JADE RABBIT-FORM 商 玉兔形珮

The jade is carved as a rabbit shown crouching and carved on both 藍田山房舊藏,1990年購於倫敦

A similar small carving of a jade rabbit-form pendant (3.61 cm. wide),
dated to the Anyang period, was excavated from tomb no. 212, Anyang
Sports Centre site, Henan province, included in the National Museum of
China exhibition Shangyi yiyi, sifang zhiji, Yinxu wenwu li de wan Shang
shengshi (Yinxu Relics from the Height of the Late Shang Period), see
Catalogue, Anhui, 2013, p. 140, no. 95.
