This text is the most famous dictionary of Turkish AL-BIHAR
into Arabic and Persian, written by Shaykh al-Islam SIGNED 'ALI BIN MAHMUD, OTTOMAN TURKEY,
Mehmed Es’ad Efendi (d. 1753). He was the son of DATED 23SAFAR AH 1073/ 7 OCTOBER 1662 AD

in 1685 in Istanbul. He enjoyed several of the highest on Hanafi jurisprudence, Arabic manuscript on cream
