The censer is boldly enamelled around the exterior with double taotie masks
amongst fruiting tendrils of grapes and melons, all above a band of crashing
waves at the base and supported on three finely cast gilt-bronze 'elephant' 重要私人珍藏
feet. The cover is similarly decorated and is surmounted by a reticulated gilt-
