A PAIR OF BLUE GLASS ZHADOU
QIANLONG INCISED FOUR-CHARACTER MARKS WITHIN A DOUBLE
SQUARE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
Each ovoid body is supported on a short foot and rises towards a wide gently
flaring neck with everted mouth. The glass is of a translucent dark blue tone.

A BLUE-GLAZED CONG-SHAPED VASE
DAOGUANG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD
(1821-1850)
The square vase is flanked by a pair of moulded elephant-head handles and is
covered overall with a deep sapphire-blue glaze thinning slightly on the edges.
