                                    Skoko Takebe, with Thomas. B. Blow name  in Katakana.

                                    Shoko Takebe is only known to work on behalf of the English trader Thomas Blow.
                                    Thomas Blow is known to have worked in Japan during the latter years of the Meiji
                                    Period as a member of the Red Cross. Blow may have assisted with the Loan
                                    Exhibition of Japanese Art and Handicraft held in aid of the British Red Cross,
                                    October to November 1915.
