(Avatamsaka or Flower Garland Sutra), the first and last pages with floral 我聞, Dongguk University Museum 2016, p.10, cat. no.01. It is possible
decorations and architectural cartouches, the second and third pages with that the present lot is a copy of a similar sutra made for liturgical purposes,
an illustration of a Buddhist triad seated before a temple and surrounded with the silver gridlines (for which no parallel has so far been found) giving
by numerous lesser deities; the carefully inscribed Chinese text inscribed instructions for the correct recitation of the text.
