           decorations and architectural cartouches, the second and third pages with   that the present lot is a copy of a similar sutra made for liturgical purposes,
           an illustration of a Buddhist triad seated before a temple and surrounded   with the silver gridlines (for which no parallel has so far been found) giving
           by numerous lesser deities; the carefully inscribed Chinese text inscribed   instructions for the correct recitation of the text.

           like graphic interpolations in silver, the final page bearing a Chinese date
           Hongwu 22, equivalent to 1389
