Creation;
Amen, amen, it shall be so, Hallowed be Thy O my soul, praise Him for He is thy health and
salvation;

Praise to the Lord, who doth prosper thy work
height and defend thee; Surely His goodness and
Praise to the Holiest in the height, and in the mercy here daily attend thee:
depth be praise; in all his words most wonderful, Ponder anew
most sure in all his ways! 1/7 What the Almighty can do,
If with His love he befriend thee. 2/5
O loving wisdom of our God! When all was sin
and shame, a second Adam to the fight and to Verse 3
the rescue came. 2/7 Praise to the Lord, who, when tempests their
warfare are waging,
O wisest love! that flesh and blood, which did in Who, when the elements madly around thee are
Adam fail, should strive afresh against the foe, raging,
should strive, and should prevail; 3/7 Biddeth them cease,
Turneth their fury to peace,
and that a higher gift than grace should flesh Whirlwinds and waters assuaging. 3/5

Praise to the Lord, who when darkness of sin is
O generous love! that he who smote in man for abounding,
man the foe, the double agony in Man for man Who, when the godless do triumph,
should undergo. 5/7 All virtue confounding,
Sheddeth his light,
And in the garden secretly, and on the cross on Chaseth the horrors of night,
high, should teach his brethren, and inspire to Saints with his mercy surrounding. 4/5
suffer and to die. 6/7
Verse 5
Praise to the Holiest in the height, and in the Praise to the Lord! O let all that is in me adore
depth be praise; in all his words most wonderful, Him! All that hath life and breath, ome now
most sure in all his ways! 7/7 (HOME) with praises before Him!
