        029 This, this is the God we adore                      But saints are lovely in His sight,
        Verse 1                                                 He views His children with delight;
        This, this is the God we adore,  our faithful,          He sees their hope. He knows their fear,
        unchangeable friend; Whose love is as great as          And looks, and loves His image there.  (HOME)
        His power,  and neither knows measure nor end.          HOME

        Verse 2                                                 031 Father, whose everlasting
        Tis Jesus, the first and the last,  whose Spirit        love
        shall guide us safe home; We'll praise Him for all      Verse 1

        to raise                                                Verse 2
        Verse 1                                                 Help us thy mercy to extol,
        Praise ye the Lord! 'Tis good to raise                  Immense, unfathomed, uncon-fined;
        Your hearts and voices in His praise :                  To praise the Lamb who died for all,
        His nature and His works invite                         The general Saviour of mankind.  2/5
        To make this duty our delight.

        Verse 2                                                 Your undistinguishing regard,
        He formed the stars, those heavenly Flames,             Was cast on Adam's fallen race;
        He counts their numbers, calls their names;             For all yiu have in Christ prepared
        His wisdom's vast, and knows no bound,                  Sufficient, sovereign, saving grace.  3/5
        A deep where all our thoughts are drowned.

        Verse 3                                                 The world he suffered to redeem;
        Sing to the Lord! Exalt Him high,                       For all he hath the atonement made;
        Who spreads His clouds along the sky; There he          For those that will not come to him
