Karen is responsible for managing the portfolio of
projects against financial plans, developing best
practices for project delivery, and leading

Business Analysis & Change Management
resources for large scale projects in the Canadian

Personal Bank.

Karen's career with TD spans 20 years, during
which she has occupied increasingly senior

positions in Marketing, Credit Cards, Personal
Lending, TD Insurance, and Retail Banking. In
addition she led teams in a variety of disciplines

including product management,strategy, business
analysis, operations, several large data & platform

conversion projects, and was most recently the
application owner for systems powering over 1100

TD Canada Trust branches.

Karen is a strong supporter of TD's inclusion and
diversity initiatives. Karen was the Chair for the TD
Insurance Visible Minorities and previously the Co-

Chair for Ontario based colleagues for TD
Insurance Women In Leadership. Currently, Karen

is the co-chair for the Canadian Black Employee
Network.
