Chidimma is an Accounting and Finance
professional with over 18 years experience
within and outside Canada. She started her

career as an audit associate; then moved on to
handle progressively senior roles within the
financial services industry. She is highly skilled

in strategic operations management to drive
cost efficiencies, process improvement and
has experience leading large high impact
teams. She is a technology enthusiast with
proved track record in managing and

implementing various large multi-functional
projects and solutions.

She holds an MBA from the University of
Manchester, UK and an accounting designation
from the UK(ACCA). She is also a Canadian CPA
and currently works with RBC where she was
actively involved with the IFRS 9

implementation and is responsible for various
note disclosures and process automation
relating to securities reporting.
