Lori-Ann Beausoleil

Lori-Ann Beausoleil is a partner at PwC in the
Advisory practice. She leads the Ethics,
Governance and Compliance practice which
includes compliance program reviews, ethical
practice reviews, management and board
governance reviews, process and control reviews,
regulatory investigations, assisting organizations
with the implementation of processes and controls
to meet regulatory requirements, corporate
intelligence reviews and technology services. She
brings over 30 years of risk, financial, operational
and regulatory experience to her clients.
Lori-Ann began her career at PwC in 1988 and
became a partner in 1999. She is a Chartered
Accountant (CA) and holds a Bachelor of
Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
She is also a member of the Canadian Chartered
Professional Accountants and the Chartered
Professional Accountants of Ontario.
