A special “I Was Heard Award” was presented to the Materials Management Department for hearing and quickly responding to the needs of departments affected by a Cardinal supply pack recall in ensuring that no OR cases were cancelled, and for mixing and matching available supplies to meet the needs of OR, Cath Lab, Cardiopulmonary, ICU, ED and Imaging.
Jamie Adams, Clinical Nutrition Manager, proved she is a good listener by winning the Bingo word game and took home a gift basket as her reward.
