                   early days
               □  Consider touring the physical areas for your new teams in order to

                   lessen any angst on their part
               PROCESS/PRACTICES:

               Getting to know the environment

               □  Gain access to all systems and offices and networks
               □  Ensure understanding of the geography of your portfolio (if you

                   have a site-buddy, they can help)
               □  View the listing of Leadership Corporate meetings and decide
                   which you will attend

               □  Obtain or gain understanding of individual site policies (e.g. codes,
                   practice guidelines, etc.)
