ABOUT THIS GROUP
Agness O’Brien founded the 11+, ISEB, SATs, GCSE & A-level Resource Group in October 2016 and was joined by a handful of mothers. Today, the group enjoys the company and expertise of many. Our Admin Team, comprising of tutors, authors and business owners, run this busy operation.
Initially formed to help parents and tutors connect with one aim in mind; to help little minds prepare for the 11+ exam, the group has evolved into over 8,000 members strong community. After both her daughters gained entry into one of the top grammar schools in the country, Agness decided to add on to the group's resources by including ISEB, SATs, GCSE & A-Level exams.
WHAT WE DO
The 11+, ISEB, SATs, GCSE & A-level Resource Group delivers useful and unique content for all the major exams through Facebook Live videos and daily resources for ‘Word of the Day’ (WOTD), ‘Idiom of the Day‌ (IOTD)’, Verbal, Reasoning, Non-verbal Reasoning, Comprehension and Creative Writing tips, Maths and most recently, we have also started sharing GCSE Maths, Science, GCSE & A-level English Literature, GCSE & A-level Latin & Classical Greek resources too. Modern languages are also being added gradually. We also have parental queries, ranging from help on specific 11+ questions to recommending study materials.
Original content and daily engagement set our group apart from others on Facebook. We are there for our members. We answer their questions, reassure any concerns they have
and provide informative educational content, daily.

AFFILIATE MEMBER OF THE TUTORS' ASSOCIATION (TTA)
We are delighted that 11+, ISEB, SATs, GCSE & A-level Resource Group is now an Affiliate Partner of The Tutors’ Association (TTA), UK’s only professional membership body for tutoring and the wider supplementary education sector in the UK.
As part of this new relationship, TTA offers Individual Membership at a significantly discounted rate per annum to individual and corporate tutors/members who are registered advertisers of this platform. Facebook Business Pages that wish to register as advertisers in this group will also get a discount if they are already registered as a member of TTA. We trust that this collaboration will be very beneficial for members of both platforms.
Membership of TTA confers substantial and valuable benefits as well as helping support the profession and strengthen its voice and influence with government and the media. TTA membership is also increasingly being sought by parents when choosing a tutor. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this offer.
