 How does it a􏰀 work?
Meet with us for a no obligation meeting
We can meet you in your home, care home or hospital to discuss your option. We can check your home is suitable for live-in care.
We give you time to think!
Next step is to discuss costs. Live-in care can be a cost-effective alternative to a care home. You may be entitled to funding from the NHS or Local Authority and we can help you to access funding.
If you wish to work with us, We ask you sign our
terms of business. We can then begin work on your personalised care plan, commence our carer matching service and also engage with the multi-disciplinary team.
We confirm a start date
Your live-in carer will be confirmed, a suitable time for us to arrive will be agreed. If you are coming home from hospital, they can do a shop and get your home ready for your return. The Care Co-Ordinator will orient the live-in carer and finalise your care plan. This is an ever-evolving flexible document, so don’t panic about missing parts.
We will always do 24-hour telephone check after a change in carer, regular spot checks and care plan reviews, we don’t just ‘drop and run’.
We are with you all the way.
If you need us, we are always at the end of a phone and of course delighted to visit.
DON’T FORGET!
When your carer books a holiday, we will provide you with another carer. We will provide a carer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 52 weeks a year.
