INFECTIOUS/CONTAGIOUS ILLNESS
You are required to follow the organisations infection control policy and procedure. If you are suffering from such a condition, you must not report for work without your doctor’s clearance. If in any doubt, please notify us and consult your doctor.
LOSS, DAMAGE AND WASTAGE
It is critical that our resources are focussed on client services, meaning that you must be efficient and cost-effective with your routines, so avoid the unnecessary use of services, time, and energy.
For example:
• handle machines, equipment, and stock with care • turn off unnecessary lighting and heating
• close doors
• don’t let taps drip
Any loss or damage to vehicles, stock or property that is a result of your failure to observe rules, carelessness, negligence, or unsatisfactory standards of work will render you liable to pay the full or part of the cost of repair or replacement. In the event of failure to pay, we have the contractual right to deduct such costs from your pay.

TO THE LONE WORKER POLICY AND PROCEDURE AT ALL TIMES.
Make sure that you know your route to the client’s house and avoid getting lost in unfamiliar areas. We recommend that both you and your client keep the client’s address to hand when going out. SECURITY CODES AND HOLDING CLIENT’S HOUSE KEYS
So that we know that your daily tasks are being completed, please ensure that you log in and out of PASS every day.

USE OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT/PHOTOGRAPHS
Use of computer equipment within Ranger Home Care Ltd, use of email and of the Internet are controlled for security reasons. You are not allowed to take photographs of anything in your client’s home or share them to social media, via WhatsApp or store them on your computer or mobile device.
