 MOBILE TELEPHONES
During working times, you must keep your personal mobile phones off. To make personal calls, you have a 2-hour break as well as the evening; such calls are only permitted during emergencies. If you are making a personal call or the office has called you, please inform your client and leave the room. The only exemption to the above procedure is calls to 999 in genuine emergencies where it is unsafe or impractical to stop.
ADDITIONAL TIME OFF WORK
We understand that sometimes you may need time off for medical/dental appointments or domestic reasons.
Please try to arrange these appointments outside of working times.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Please avoid bringing valuable personal items to work and do not leave any valuables either unattended or overnight. We cannot accept liability for the loss of, or damage to such personal property brought onto either our premises, or clients’ premises.
LOST PROPERTY
All items of lost property should immediately be reported to the manager. Similarly, any unidentified article should be handed to the same person whilst attempts are made to discover ownership.
MAIL
Private mail can only be sent to our office, you are not allowed to use the clients home address. Our address is Regus, Quatro house, Frimley GU16 7ER.
BUYING OR SELLING OF GOODS
You are not allowed to buy or sell goods on your own behalf on our premises.
FRIENDS AND RELATIVES CONTACT
Being a family business, we understand the importance of keeping in contact with your loved ones. We ask that, unless in an emergency, you make these calls during your break or during your on-call time. Remember that, due to GDPR reasons, you must refrain from discussing your client or giving your location.
POLITICAL AND RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES
We have no political or religious bias, but you must refrain from arranging political or religious activities with our clients because they too have political and religious beliefs that must be respected.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted within the premises, or within the Client’s home or proximity.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS
We do not tolerate any use of alcohol or drugs whilst you are in the client’s home, on duty or off.
