just a few. Carp Tank, an intergenerational program with Ma’ayanot High School, where engineering students create award winning technology solutions for the elders, won a national Programming award. Another new program, the Life Stories Project, involves volunteers from our board and the community who visit elders and record their stories. Another wonderful new feature, a portrait gallery, is located outside the rehab gym. These professional portraits were taken of veterans, couples and centenarians who live at the Home.
We take pride in knowing our elders are cared for by our compassionate and skillful team. Caring for those who once cared for others is an honor and a privilege.
