6.0    Public   Sector 6.1    Budget
Current   taxes   will   not   be   raised   and   no   new   taxes   will   be   introduced   in Belarus   till   2020   the   government   said   on   23   November.    The   ordinance prohibits   raising   tax   rates   and   introducing   new   taxes,   fees,   and   duties   till   2020. Commercial   entities,   which   retail   their   products   online,   will   be   able   to   use   the simplified   taxation   scheme   as   from   1   January   2018.   The   authorities   will   not   be able   to   collect   taxes   from   commercial   entities   if   the   demand   to   pay   taxes   is   not sent   within   five   years   of   the   deadline.   Technical   regulations,   which   are   now mandatory   for   Belarusian   commercial   entities,   will   have   to   pass   expert evaluation   for   conformance   with   resolutions   and   legal   acts   of   the   Council   of Ministers.
