Waking up every single day to come into school, I never even imagined the day I would walk out for the
last time. The last fourteen years have been a blur, but they’ve shaped me and made me the person I
am today. I can’t even count the amount of times I said I hated this school, or wished I went to another
one, but in the end the countless hours of studying and all the bad days and hardship just sort of
disappeared. All that’s left are good memories. I would like to thank my parents for always supporting
me through the hard times, and to my brothers for setting examples for me to strive towards. Last but
not least, I’d like to thank all my friends who’ve made my life worth living ever since the first time I
walked into this school in KG1. They know themselves and know just how much they mean to me. I feel
so privileged to have been able to grow and mature alongside them. Even though I’ve heard this saying
a million times, it really is true: ‘You don’t appreciate what you have until it’s gone.’ I’m proud to say that
I’m a Choueifati through and through, and if I had the chance to do it all over again, I would without a
second thought .Shout out to Gorillaz.

School is a place where our minds come to grow and innovate. Al-
though at times, it may feel like we are trapped in the eternal prison
that is our school, it is ultimately our home. It’s where we first learned
how to communicate with others, where we met the people closest
to us, and where we learned not only the subject matter that we
study, but the importance of education as well. Along the way, we’ve
met countless different people from all over the world and each of us
has left our impact on our school and all the people in it.
I remember that almost every day of my senior year, my friends and I were
always itching to go to Zaatar W Zeit. Our obsession went so far as to writing Guitar
our usual order on each other’s copybooks. Good times. Woodworking
