First Day Of School

Sunday, 10th September 2017, once again symbolized a very special day in the lives

of our KG1 students, their very first day of school. Other special days in our lives can

often be repeated, however the first day of school cannot, and because of this ISC

Dubai always aspires and accomplishes to deliver a day that no parent or child can

ever forget. The Student Life Organization (SLO®) were busy with preparations the

past few weeks, to ensure all the final touches were ready to go this morning for our

newest members into the Choueifat family. The theme this September was to

coincide with this year’s highly anticipated movie, Smurfs – The Lost Village.

Students from the older grades were all involved with the arrangements to guarantee

our little kindergarteners experienced an enchanted wonderland with balloons,

bubbles, props and our very own ISC Dubai Smurfs to guide our newcomers into the

classrooms. After parents had taken their many photographs as a memoir of the day,

it was time for the new students to start classes with their new teachers and fellow

classmates. Surprisingly, there were only a few tears and we were delighted to see

many happy faces all bonding over colouring sheets and toys. We would once again

like to give a very warm welcome to our KG1 students. We hope to see each and

every one of you grow educationally and socially to become the best version of

yourself that you can be!
