OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG! I cannot believe I am
actually writing one of these now. My 'Choueifatie
experience', was like a Willy Wonka Gobstopper. It
consisted of a number of layers, each layer dissolving
WR UHYHDO D GLIIHUHQW FRORXU DQG IODYRXU ¬, KRQHVWO\
could not have made it here without the immense
support I received from my loving parents; thank
you for calming me down when I felt like the world
was crumbling around me. A shoutout to my sister,
Dana, who just read this and made fun of my
gobstopper analogy. I am grateful to have had the
best teachers and staff who contributed to my
success for fourteen years. I want to thank my
friends and my whole grade for being the ones I am
lucky enough to graduate with. I hope that we all
live up to the legends we are: SENIORS '16! <throws

I have been moving schools a lot lately, finishing high
school in 3 different schools, so I’m used to making
friends quickly. But this year was different, as a
Syrian guy coming from KSA to Dubai, I found it
harder to fit in, but when I did, I knew how much I
was missing out. Seeing and meeting people from all
around the world, each one with cultures and
traditions different than the one I left behind was
pleasant and enjoyable. I am grateful for everything
that has happened to me and I look forward to
where the future will take me.
