5 3-Year Plan

Conducting research and development (R&D) on the concepts and applications
of the dynamic values of Maqasid Shariah in the context of governance, strategic
thinking and nation development.

Conducting research and periodic assessments to ensure that the Maqasid
Shariah approach implemented through policies and programs which have a
positive impact and strategic outcomes for the religion, people and country is
consistent with the Islamic principle of Rahmatan Lil Alamin.

Developing a governance framework and model based on Maqasid Shariah for

the public and private sectors.

Determining the strategic direction for implementing the explanation and
enculturation programs of Maqasid Shariah at the ministry / department /
central and state agency levels.
