5.5 Preservation of Property

Preservation of property means protecting the wealth of the society against loss and illegal
transactions, injustice, the denial of rights, etc. The government has an obligation to protect
people’s wealth and prohibit all forms of oppression, usury, fraud, bribery, unbalanced monopoly,
copyright piracy, violation of intellectual property rights, market manipulation and all other forms
of misappropriation and oppression.

Economy development may be carried out through the consolidation of human resources, education,
technological advances, work ethics, formulation of proper financial and fiscal policies to accelerate
development, access to capitals through micro financing for the poor and provision of employment
and employment opportunities for the people.
